About Us

McClendon Capital Group, LLC is a Milwaukee based minority-owned real estate development and investment firm. Our foundation is rooted in over a decade and a half of real estate experience. Our activities today are facilitated by the relationships and partnerships that have been forged over the past 15 years.

We specialize in acquisition, holding, and construction of multi-family and mixed-use properties, and have extensive experience in bringing property zoning to potential to facilitate the highest and best use of a site.

Our design team meets or exceeds Green Built Home certification on each project.  We take into account lighting techniques, spacial usage, and building materials to create projects that are long lasting and leave the smallest carbon footprint as possible.
